Everyone had stopped dancing now and clustered around the table holding the cake. The chef herself stood next to the cake, preparing to cut the first slice.

Alice watched the chef with wide eyes, awaiting her piece of cake.

the chef set aside the top layer of cake for later (some traditon thinggy, that part is for the newlyweds after their honeymoon) and cut a piece for Alice. She handed it to the Queen.

The next peice went to Cai, of course. "Go ahead and eat yours," he whispered to Alice.

Alice looked up at Cai. "No, the first bite should go to you~" She said as she broke off a piece with her fork and put it in front of his mouth.

Alice shoved the cake in his mouth, and laughed.

Cai quickly chewed and swallowed the cake. "Hmm, that tastes pretty good. You should try some," he said, taking a piece of his cake and shoving it in Alice's mouth.

Kade scanned the crowd of people, ending with the newly weds. He then turned to Kade and started to eat his cake once again.

Kade slowly walked over to Kori's table, then put his cake down on it. He made his way to Alice and Cai's table. "I forgot to say, congrats newlyweds~" Kade said.

Cai smiled. "Why, thank you," he said. Kori had quietly followed Kade over to the table.
