Kade kept glancing at Cai the whole time.

When they were done, the chefs came back in, taking their plates. "Would you like some cake, young prince?" One of them asked, already knowing Alice's response.

Teek smiled, "Yes, of course."

Cai saw Kade glancing over at him, and shrugged.

Kade let out a sigh, looking back to the now 'engaged couple'.

The chef nodded, and walked back in. After a few moments they came out with the most ridiculous looking slices of cake. It was mostly frilly decorations then cake actually.

Teek immediately started to eat the cake. Cai was a little more hesitant.

Alice looked at the cake weirdly. She grabbed a fork, and scraped off the weird frilly stuff, so she could have just the cake. She noticed there was no strawberry on it, and imedantly glanced to the chef. The chef gave her a look that said 'The prince doesn't like strawberry's, so it's best not to put any on the table'. Alice sighed and just watched the prince eat.

Teek quickly finished the cake. "Alice, why are you not eating?" he asked.

"Oh, uh. Well.." She mumbled. Alice would NOT eat any cake without strawberry's on it, and couldn't tell the prince that. "Well it doesn't have strawberry's.." She mumbled so lightly, barely herself could hear.

"It is very good cake. You should try it," He said simply, watching her.

Cai had finished his own cake."It is very good, princess," Cai said.

Alice looked down at the cake again. It looked weird. She took a bite. It was way to sugary for her. She forced herself to swallow it. Alice tried to smile. "D-Delicious!" She said.

Teek smiled, not realizing that she was faking it.

Alice managed to finish the rest of the cake without spitting it out.

Teek stood up and said," I will return in a few days." He then left.

As soon as he left she sighed, laying back in her chair.

"Well, that was..interesting," Cai said.

Alice started to unzip the back of her huge puffy, frilly dress.

"Please tell me you have something other than just underwear under that thing," Cai said, noticing what she was doing.

Kade flinched, looking at the princess.

"Don't be silly. I have another NORMAL dress under this." She replied, taking the bigger one off, revealing a short white and red dress.

Cai relaxed. "you had me worried for a minute there," Cai said.

Kade looked a little disappointed, and a little relived.

"As if I'd strip in front of that pervy idiot." She joked, throwing the big dress at Kade.

Alice laughed.

"Hmph." He mumbled.

Alice kept on laughing for a moment, after realizing that she had to marry that freak in two weeks. She began to panic.

~~"I'm marrying a freak in two weeks! DUH!" She yelled.~~ "Oh, nothing. I was just thinking about all those things on the list that we gotta do before the wedding!" She lied.
