"A doctor told me that this was a result of a magic discharge that all elemental mages go through. John has no memory of the incident whatsoever," Cai said, hoping this would help keep John in the clear.

ooc: He killed 2 doctors, one was electrocuted.

"But even so.. This can't be ignored, I already gave you a chance with our last indecent in the garden." She said. Alice turned over to the judge. "What are your thoughts?" She asked.

"This is survere. People just can't go around killing people, even if they didn't have control over it. And like you said about giving him a chance before, what did he do?" She replied.

Alice wasn't surprised. She looked down, knowing it was the only option.

John melted one of the metal bars on the door with ease, "Inescapeable huh?" He said sarcasticly.

John quickly took Cai's hand and pulled his arm through the bars, he then broke Cai's arm.

Alice had been just going down the stares before hearing the crack, she ran up and saw them. "John..." She hissed, taking out her black rod and extending it.

"Kill me d*mn it! Hang me already!" John yelled, he felt really bad for breaking Cai's arm but he wanted to act like as much of an *ssh*l* as possible before he 'died so no one would miss him.
